Mycelium Art Creations is more than an art studio; it is a living, creative ecosystem. Rooted in the principles of nature’s intelligence and inspired by the underground mycelium networks that sustain life, our mission is to foster human connection, self-expression, and transformation through art.
Mycelium acts as the life force that links ecosystems. Similarly, we embrace painting, photography, sculpture, and design to create bridges between cultures, between ideas, and, fundamentally, between the visible world and the invisible realm of the psyche.
Why Mycelium?
One Origin, Two Worlds: The Founder’s Vision
Founded by visual artist Andrés F. Escobar, Mycelium Art Creations emerged from a radical transition: the leap from the world of international business and marketing in his native Cali, Colombia (a city of intense color and genuine passion) to a full-time artistic vocation in the raw canvas of New York City.
This dual perspective—business logic and creative passion—fuels our approach, centered on:
- Creative Intelligence: Art as thought made visible.
- Playful Exploration: Finding wonder and texture in the process of transformation.
- Shared Purpose: Building meaningful networks within the artistic community.
From our creative lab in Queens, NYC, we produce original work and conduct interdisciplinary research, translating the connection between the human psyche and the life cycle of nature into images and textures.

We see the present as the beginning of a NeoMycelium Renaissance: a cultural rebirth fueled by creativity, cooperation, and curiosity. We invite you to join this network.
